Elena
Born and raised in Athens. He studied agronomist in agricultural University of Athens and then worked as an Executive at the commercial Department in French company manufacturing and marketing interests feed, flour and seed oils. In 2000 says "Goodbye" in Athens to settle permanently, along with the little daughter Myrto, Kythira. On the island the Elena leverages her family's estate cultivating organic by 1996, renovates a Venetian mansion and turns it into a small traditional hotel in the village of Mylopotamos and is active in promoting organic agriculture and animal husbandry in Kythera and the rest of Greece.

Myrto
Myrto is Elena's daughter. Myrto led the two of them on the trip to Kythira. When I lived in Athens, at the age of only one year, mom found her on the balcony staring wistfully one arokaria. A gaze looking nature! This only. They left for the island …
Myrto goes to school, writes poetry, plays piano and kythara, painting and … She designs clothes! He speaks very good English and learns and French. Loves nature, the estate is her life, climb on olives, plunging amid vineyards and swim in the clear waters of paleopolis. And when her mom with goes to the hotel, mylopotamos, goes to Panache and staring at the ducks! Much loves animals and flowers and grows to such a beautiful world!
The Baptism
The "Purple" is a sea shell from this painted textiles traders from Phoenicia in ancient times. Kythira processing laboratories operated purple and from there stems and the ancient name of the island, "Porphyris ' or ' Porfyroessa ' or ' Porphyrousa '. It chose to give and Elena as name on multiple activities:
